Ephedrine has been reported to contribute to heart attack, stroke, seizures, psychosis and death. Established customary standard of care: Degree of care and skill that the average qualified doctor would provide to a patient who sought medical care for similar symptoms and circumstances. Evidence: A fact presented in court through the testimony of a witness, an object or written documents. Exhibit: A document or object that is offered into evidence during a trial or hearing. |
